GluesDirect 2064CL is a solvent free polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for on-site applications. The product is a two-component adhesive consisting of a paste and fluid hardener which when mixed forms a reactive thermosetting polymer with excellent adhesion and good flexibility. Its main area of use is bonding uPVC laminates to internal walls in the cladding industry.

Coverage (per side)
A 6.5 kilo will bond 2.5m². This is dependent on the substrates being bonded    and porosity and uniformity of them. Only one side application required.

Substrate Preparation
All surfaces should be free of contamination by dust, grease, oils or release agents.

Bonding Range and Pressure
GluesDirect 2064CL is supplied as a pre-weighed kit. The two components are contrasting colours to provide a visual indication of adequate mixing prior to application. The adhesive is conveniently packed with sufficient ullage in the part A container to mix the whole pack. The part B is packed in the exact proportion to allow for simple yet accurate mixing.
