PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fast liquid, water resistant 1-part wood adhesive with limited filling capacity, based on polyurethane. Complies with NEN-EN 204 D4 standard.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
For bonding almost all kinds of wood to each other or formica, metal, stone, concrete and several synthetics. Especially for bonding and repairing wooden constructions and connections subject to high demands. Not suitable for connections that are subject to a higher, permanent load/tension.

PREPARATION
Working conditions: Use only when temperature of room, adhesive and materials to be bonded is not below +5°C. Wood humidity level should be between 10% and 18% (max 25%).
Safety: It is recommended to wear rubber or plastic protective gloves.
Condition of materials: Parts to be bonded should be clean, free from dust and well-fitting.
Preliminary treatment: Degrease greasy woods with thinner. Roughen non-porous materials. Moisten side to which no adhesive is applied with a damp cloth.
Tools required: Fine-toothed glue spreader (1mm) or brush, clamp or press.
APPLICATION
Coverage: 5 m²/kg
Directions for use: Apply adhesive thinly and evenly to one side, using a fine-toothed glue spreader (1mm), brush or roller. Join parts within 15 minutes and press or clamp for at least 2 hours.
Pressure time (+20°C): 2 hours
Open time: 15 minutes
Stains/residue: Remove fresh stains immediately with acetone. Dried residue can only be removed mechanically.
CURE TIMES
Dry/Cure time: Approx 12 hours at 20°C
*Curing time may vary depending on the surface, product quantity used, humidity level and ambient temperature.

SHELF LIFE
At least 12 months after date of manufacture. Limited shelf life after opening. Store well-closed in a dry place at temperatures between +10°C and +20°C.
