PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Thixotropic, transparent 1-part polyurethane wood adhesive for indoors and outdoors. Water resistant and filling. Bonds also to metal, concrete and synthetics. Complies with EN 204 D4 Standard.

FIELD OF APPLICATION
For water resistant bonding of most kinds of wood, Formica, polystyrene foam (tempex) and glass wool to porous surfaces. Bonds also to metal, concrete, cellular concrete, stone and various synthetics. Ideal for vertical connections. Not suitable for connections that are subject to a higher, permanent load/tension.

QUALITY LABELS/STANDARDS
EN 204: Classification of thermoplastic wood adhesives for non-structural applications.
D4 class: Interior with frequent long-term exposure to running or condensed water. Exterior exposed to weather but with protection by an adequate surface coating.

PREPARATION
Working conditions: Use only when temperature of room, adhesive and materials to be bonded is not below +5°C. Wood humidity level should be between 10% and 18% (max 25%).
Safety: It is recommended to wear rubber or plastic protective gloves.
Condition of materials: arts to be bonded should be clean, free of dust and well-fitting. Roughen non-porous materials. Moisten side to which no adhesive is applied with a damp cloth.
Preliminary treatment: Degrease greasy woods with Thinner for Bison Kit or thinner. Roughen non-porous materials. Moisten side to which no adhesive is applied with a damp cloth.
Tools required: Sealant gun, fine-toothed glue spreader (1mm) or brush or roller & clamp.

APPLICATION
Coverage: 5-6m²kg
Directions for use: Apply adhesive thinly to one side, using a fine-toothed glue spreader (1mm), brush or roller. Join parts with 30 minutes and press or clamp for at least 4 hours.
Pressure time (+20°C): 4 hours
Open time: 30 minutes
Stains/residue: Remove fresh stains immediately with acetone. Dried residue can only be removed mechanically.

CURE TIMES
Handling time: Approx 2 hours
Dry/Cure time: Approx 24 hours at 20°C

SHELF LIFE
At least 18 months after date of manufacture. Limited shelf life after opening. Store well-closed in a dry place at temperatures between +10°C and +20°C
