Delivery and Risk
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer at the place specified in the contract or as subsequently agreed between the parties and the risk in respect of the Goods shall pass to the Customer at the time of loading for despatch to the Customer. Delivery dates are given in good faith and are adhered to as closely as possible, but no liability is accepted for any unforeseen delays subsequently arising or for any consequential loss or damage caused to the Customer or third parties as a result of any delays for whatever reason.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.
Goods should be returned by a receipted and traceable delivery service to ensure safe arrival at our Returns Department at GluesDirect, Passfield Business Centre, Lynchborough Road, Passfield, Hampshire, GU30 7SB Tel: 01428 751358. The customer is responsible for all costs relevant to any return. All equipment and applicators are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and those conditions will apply to any returned items. If you have changed your mind, you can return the goods, but we will charge a re-stocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from your refund. We must receive the goods back in their original packaging with all parts included in a re-saleable condition. If the goods arrive back damaged, with parts missing or in damaged packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund. If the goods are damaged when they reach you, please notify us and return them within 3 days or receipt, and we will either exchange them, or refund the cost in full, including your costs. If the damaged goods are particularly heavy and difficult to post we may consider arranging a collection by our carrier service.
