Casco Adhesives are leading producers of the UF Resins for the furniture, panel laminating and veneering, and the joinery industries, and over many years have pioneered the use of Liquid Resins with Liquid Hardeners, as well as leading the way in low formaldehyde Resin manufacture.
The Casco Liquid / Liquid Systems offer the following advantages:
- Low viscosity allowing for low coating weights and increased mileage
- Low formaldehyde content making them safer to use
- Easy to mix Liquid Hardeners with a simple addition rate of 20% to the Resin
- A selection of Hardeners to suit pot life and pressing time requirements at various temperatures
All the Casco UF Resin Systems are suitable for various applications but are especially suited to veneering and laminating of high pressure laminates. All Casco UF Resins fulfill the specification according to British Standard BS 1204 MR.
GluesDirect offer the Casco 1205 Resin with two basic Hardeners, these being 2545 and the faster 2581, and all in handy pack sizes, so it is suggested that the Resin and Hardener be purchased in the following quantities:
25kg Resin with 5kg Hardener
5kg Resin with 1kg Hardener
1kg Resin with 200grammes Hardener

A high performance liquid UF Resin Adhesive for wood bonding applications and laminating high pressure laminates.
Low viscosity and low in formaldehyde content. Complies to BS 1204 MR specification.
