Profile Wrapping Hot Melt Adhesive
3270 is an unfilled profile wrapping hot melt with good heat resistance and excellent adhesion. 3270 can be used on most profile wrapping machines with either slot or roller applicators. Being unfilled 3270 gives a high mileage but retains good machinability.

3270 can be used on most profile wrapping machines including Dussphol/Barberan/Fritz.
Methods of application
Suggested application temperature is 180°C - 210°C.
However this should be reduced to 150°C if the profile wrapping machine is left standing for a prolonged period.
