TUSKBOND TACK 200 CANISTER SPRAY CONTACT ADHESIVE
Tuskbond TACK200 Tackifier is a high solids, tacky, flammable, spray adhesive developed for holding carpet tiles, underlay and other associated flooring products to wood based floor, ceramic and concrete substrates. Designed to be used as a one way stick applied directly to the floor placing the carpet tile after the product has dried. Tuskbond TACK200 is specifically formulated once dry to provide a permanently tacky film, preventing carpet tile movement under normal foot traffic. Fast, accurate and portable application, recommended for use with extension gun and hose system.
Tuskbond Tack 200 Tackifier is a high solids, tacky, flammable, spray adhesive developed for holding carpet tiles and other flooring products to suitable subfloors including flooring grade plywood, OSB Board, hardboard, ceramic, concrete and existing non-cushioned backed resilient floors which must be well bonded and free from any surface contaminations such as polish, wax, cleaners etc. It is designed to be used as a one way stick and can be applied to the with floor with carpet tile placed on the floor after the product has dried.
Always test a small sample of the materials first to ensure the suitability of the product for the application. For instance, some vinyls contain large amounts of plasticiser which, over time, can migrate and soften the bond. When in doubt, test first.

Tuskbond Tack 200 Tackifier dries in under two minutes under normal conditions, but this will vary under different temperatures and humidities. High humidity and low temperatures will slow the drying time and if the temperature gets very low, can produce bloom. Bloom is moisture which forms on the glue line caused by solvent evaporation lowering the air temperature above it.
