Tools: Use sealant gun

APPLICATION
Coverage
Spot bonding:
Approx 5-8 m²/kg.
Line bonding: 8-15 m for 1 cartridge (depending on diameter of cut nozzle).

Directions for use
Bonding and fixing:
Cut off nozzle at a diameter of at least 0.5cm.
Sealing: Cut off nozzle slantwise, depending on desired joint width.
Bonding and fixing: Apply adhesive sealant on one side in dots or lines (every 10-40cm). Always apply adhesive sealant in corners and along edges of board material. Join parts in the right position within 10 minutes and press firmly or tap lightly with a rubber mallet. If necessary, secure or support heavy materials for 24 hours.
Sealing: Inject adhesive sealant evenly into joint and tool within 10 minutes with a moist putty knife, sealant smoother of finer (preferably wetted with soap water without lemon).  Tool vertical joints from bottom to top. Surface skin after approx 15 minutes. Complete cure after several days (depending on layer thickness). When painted with alkyd paint, the drying process may be slower than normal.
Stains/residue: Remove fresh stains immediately with white spirit. Dried residue can only be removed mechanically.

CURE TIMES
Skin over time:
Approx 10-15 minutes
Handling time: Approx 24 hours
Cure rate: Approx 2mm/24hrs
Full bond strength: Full bond strength after approx 48 hours

*Curing time may vary depending on the surface, product quantity used, humidity level and ambient temperature.
